To enable an NPS campaign with Customerly is so easy. If you don’t have an account please get one here, if you have one, proceed with the first step 🤓
- Visit your NPS section inside your Dashboard and click on Define your audience
- Here you can define your audience to send your NPS emails to. We will send an email to only the contacts that will meet the conditions you choose. If you don’t know how to define an audience with Customerly, please check this article. When you are ready, press the next button on the top right.
- Here you can define the timing when you want to deliver automatically the emails to your contacts. If you want to send only on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, it’s ok and you can do it as shown below. It’s up to you. Choose what is better for your business. And when you are ready, press next.
- You are ready to go. Press Start Now and we will deliver the email to the audience you have chosen and during your time and day window.
- Check and analyze your NPS results.
