[Intro: The Power of Multi-Channel AI Support]
emails, chats, Facebook Messenger, your customers are reaching out from all angles. But what if you could manage it all in one place with AI? Let's get that set up right now. Welcome back. In this lesson, I'll show you how to connect your email, chat, and other communication channels so your AI assistant can handle conversation seamlessly. Okay, it's quick, it's simple, and it's all done from one place. Let's start with emails. When you forward incoming support emails to customly, they're treated as new conversation in your inbox. And there are two ways to do this. Let's do that. All right. Let's move into your customly dashboard and
[Setting Up Email Forwarding]
let's go to your settings clicking over here then email and general settings. Over here you will find your subdomain. You can customize this subdomain over here. And when you customize that, you can save the changes and you will get your forward subport. When you forward your enum to uh to customer onto this email, then Aura is going to manage conversation for you like this one. Let me show you how that works. This is crazy crazy good. So this is an example. I'm sending uh this conversation to that address. Uh I already started this conversation and as you can see this is like chats going on but is via email.
So Ora sent to me some answers. Now I'm asking a follow-up question regarding the tax exeation work. Now when I send it, it's going to end up over here in a few sec. There we go. This is the the message. And now Aura is about to respond. Cool. So she already replied. And if we go back, I'm quite sure if I

update now this I'm going to have a new email from Aura. And yes, here we go. So, she already replied with all the information that I needed to to have. So, this is how you set up your email forwarding and this is working out of the box for you. As you could see, the inbox is just a place where you centralize all your channels in one spot. So, from now on, Aura will manage also support emails. Now, we're going to install your chat on your website. Now, let's add the live chat to your website. It's so easy. Again, let's go to your customly settings over here and then installation and then install messenger.
Now, you can choose from so many different ways to install your chats depending on if you want to send it to your tech or if you want to just copy and paste a snippet, you can use install via HTML. Just copy this, paste it in your body and you will be good to go. Otherwise, if you're using Google Tag Manager, you can use it by installing with Tag Manager. If you do have WordPress, we do have a plug-in on WordPress. There are so many ways to install the customly live shots on your website or mobile apps. Over here, you can find the full descriptions and full documentation on how to achieve it.
Most of the time, if you have like a plain website, it's super easy. You just copy and paste this and you're good to go.
[Connecting Messenger and Other Channels]
Now, customary supports more than just chat and email. To see all the available integrations like Facebook Messenger or others, head to your settings. Again, under installation, you can go to connections and you will be able to see the connections that you can add. This case, we're going to manage the Facebook collection. Here, I can select any of my pages and then I can connect it to them all. Now I can select one of those pages and once I connect that then every new incoming conversation from Facebook Messenger from that very specific page will end up in the inboxes and will treat it by your AI.
So this is how you manage also external conversations from other uh communication channels like Facebook messenger or way much more. So this is your hub for managing all the platforms where your customers reach out. Here is why this setup is a gamecher. Your customers aren't tied to one platform. They might email you on Monday, send a chat message on Tuesday, and reach out on Facebook by the weekend. By unifying these channels with AI, you can create a consistent support experience, faster response time, and a centralized way to manage all your

customers interaction. Ready to get started? Set up your email forwarding. Install the chat snippets on your website and explore the connection section to see what other channels you can connect today. See you in the next lesson.
